“Marketing is no longer about the stuff that you make, but about the stories you tell.”
-Seth Godin
Hi, I’m Stephanie. Most friends call me Steph; my favorite name is Mommy. With over 18 years of experience elevating brands, I understand the importance of rockstar creative and the analytics to back it up. I specialize in innovative marketing strategies that build awareness, strengthen brands, and make a lasting impact. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working with A-list artists, musicians, and public figures, and I've built successful digital brands from the ground up for startups and nonprofits.
I'm excited to learn your story.
Here is a little of mine…
After attending college in the snowy mountains of Blacksburg, I set my sights on bigger things. My passion for the arts and big city life led me first to New York City and then to Los Angeles. During my time in LA, I worked as a speaker’s bureau agent in Beverly Hills, booking well-known celebrity speakers for events, conferences, and more. Gaining valuable experience in sales, digital marketing, and PR, I transitioned to a career in Hollywood, working as a junior publicist for Academy Award-winning actors.
In 2010, I relocated to Nashville to join Music City Networks, where I helped launch digital marketing strategies for artists such as Lady Antebellum, Sara Evans, Little Big Town, and Josh Turner, collaborating closely with their management and label teams. This included overseeing complete website redesigns, online marketing initiatives, merchandise strategy, and full-time fan club programs. Later, at Idea Den, I managed digital branding strategy and fan club operations for Brad Paisley, The Band Perry, STYX, and The Doors estate.
Since then, I've made Mount Pleasant, SC, my home with my daughter, Amelie, stepdaughter Lainie, and husband Matthew. I served as a relationship manager for an award-winning marketing communications agency, focusing on enhancing the agency's relationships with clients, partners, and the community to maximize value. Prior to this role, I managed social media services for the agency's clients and had the opportunity to speak at the SC Nonprofit Summit and other local engagements. Currently, I am the Past President of the Charleston American Marketing Association and co-host of The Charleston Marketing podcast. In 2023, I was honored to be named Charleston Marketer of the Year at the Spark! Awards.
Like many, the pandemic provided newfound clarity on what matters most. I've shifted my focus to consulting, aiming to serve the industries I'm most passionate about. Let's collaborate to maximize your digital marketing, adapt to the changing times, and deliver impactful messaging to support your mission.

“
She is dependable, incredibly responsive, knows how to communicate to keep projects moving and everyone in the loop without adding extra email volume. She deftly manages internal politics in a positive way that gets things done. Better yet, I knew she would always keep me on track when things got crazy.
